It has been brought to our attention that some misinformation was shared with you, our families of Lemon Groves School District.

Momo Challenge & Internet Safety

As you may be aware, there have been recent reports of a form of social media cyberbullying known as the Momo Challenge, which allegedly compels young people to engage in perilous and possibly life-threatening activities.

We are Respectful, Responsible and Safe!

At Mt. Vernon, we are committed to school-wide behavior expectations that promote a positive school climate. We have established rules for common areas such as hallways, playground, bathrooms, etc. Student assemblies focus on respectful, responsible and safe behaviors at all times. Students are also recognized for their efforts in demonstrating positive choices through monthly raffles. Go Mustangs!
